DESCRIPTION: When we speak of human attitudes towards the environment in which he lives - be it natural or artificial one – we talk about human attitude towards his own person and we deal with factors that lead to the idea that people, another measure of all things, what is doing is nothing more than to destroy himself.
What really lies here and to what extent can he help us better understand the current state of affairs?
Removing our nature has long become implacable. "Stupidity" is too strong for a word but which postmodern world seems willing to tolerate without serious nuances.
This project seeks to reduce, through a realistic, concrete , a strong innovative character and a high degree of accuracy, the negative impact of people on nature and himself.
The project focuses on increasing awareness of students (youth people) regarding:
• Adopt a healthy lifestyle (tobacco harm)
• Accessibility of population to health promotion and health education campaigns
• Promote protection environment, a healthy lifestyle, raise awareness on the harmful effects of tobacco.


AIMS •General project aim is to inform and educate children(youth people) aware of the impact of smoking on quality of life and environment.
Specific aims:
• to involve local authorities, in dealing with issues related to smoking in general and among students (young people) in particular.
•-to determinate the involvement of young people and their constitution in a task force, to strive to achieve the project objectives.
•-to enforce local laws in force especially regarding smoking in public places, but also regarding the sale of cigarettes to underage students.
•-generating spaces "without consumption of cigarettes", which consists in "outbreak", which subsequently infiltrate the entire community.
•-generating behaviors and attitudes among community members, leading to mastery and reduce this scourge (second place in terms of deaths worldwide)
•-to disseminate models of good practice identified in the project (design of CDs DVDs) •-statistics to identify local issues regarding the practice of smoking.
• - to contribute to smoking materials and their exposure.
-To involve teachers in communities in the fight against smoking.

Description of activities
Project structure has 7 activities, activities to be conducted over nine months (01/10/2010 to 31/06/2011).
First activity:
Activity 1: The project will begin in October, with participation of all partners involved in the project. They will be informed about the conduct of the project, its goals and objectives, deadlines, monitoring and evaluation methods and expected results.
Activity 2: The activity consists of two surveys (written or video) community in order to establish clear statistical data, local, about smoking and its effects on population .
The questionnaires will be made by students in schools.
Activity 3 involves implementation (by children and teachers) and / or acquisition of materials with a strong smoke impact. These materials will be displayed or distributed in schools and communities belonging to schools.
.Activity 4. Every community will hold each a conference , meeting or symposium entitled 'What OMS says about smoking?
Participant persons in the activity will be: students, teachers, local government representatives, doctors, specialists from other organizations. Activity 5. To celebrate the May 31 World Day Against smoking ... ... each school will organize a parade smoke. Stay up as willing participants to organize this activity.
. Activity 6. It will, first at the level of each school involved, then throughout the Community.
Schools: there will be lessons for pupils organized by teachers, shows smoke themes, contests organized by students and will be supported by teachers, parents, authorities, etc.. Community space: actions will be then promoted to the media.
Activity 8: Activity’s balance, evaluation and media will now be released the DVD "Smoking-world crime 'DVD will be proposed as a material of good practice (especially in schools around the world).
All these will be done under the slogan 'Education, information, are aware of pure air breathe in our communities!"


EXPECTED RESULTS SHORT TERM
-participation of a large number of children, teachers and communities’s members
-Empowerment of local authorities involved in the role they play in managing issues related to tobacco use among students in schools and outside their establishment of clear statistical data, to know the true in community about smoking and its effects on people.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Educating the young generation in the direction of protecting health and environment
- Local Government Involvement in environmental protection actions in the community
- Creating prerequisites for new shares - for example, ways to save energy and other natural resources in the community
LONG TERM
Schools whose students and communities whose citizens are aware of environmental values with a new mentality, a change of attitude, commitment and respect for their peers and to the environment.
